How to Deploy DefCMS on Shared Hosting

DefCMS is specifically designed to work on shared hosting environments. Here is how to deploy it:

1. Upload all DefCMS files to your public_html directory via FTP or file manager.
2. Create a MySQL database from your hosting control panel (cPanel or hPanel).
3. Note down the database name, username, and password.
4. Navigate to your domain in a browser — the installation wizard will start automatically.
5. Follow the 4-step wizard: Company Info, Database, Language, and Install.
6. After installation, delete the /install/ folder for security.
7. Log in to /admin/ and start managing your content.

DefCMS has been tested on Hostinger, cPanel hosts, and other standard PHP/MySQL environments.
